2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

Fermentation: Aged for 24 months in new and mature barrels, 60% French / 40% American.

LONG LIVE THE KING . . . . . . . . .

The standout red variety in the Clare Valley is Cabernet Sauvignon for it is consistent and complex.

A wine of the vineyard, and this 2008 vintage kicks of its journey with plenty of earthy characters, soft ripe tannins and traces of coffee or mocha.

It will reward a patient buyer.
