2008 Chardonnay

Colour: Pale straw colour, bright in the glass.

Nose: Peaches and apricots, layers of stone fruits. Spring floral tones

Palate: A clean refreshing style, minimal oak influence and plenty of forward fruit flavours. Balanced acid with body and lingering flavour, once again stone fruits appear in abundance

Ageing: Optimum drinking 2008-09.

Food: Blue swimmer crab with caramelised pear, rocket, parmesan and walnut salad.
