Missy is named after our neighbour’s horse, Cardinham Miss. She holds a special place in Noel’s heart and he has been observed just dropping by and having a chat over the fence.

Missy has a reputation for being a bit possessive and difficult to handle, so when ever Dave, the owner, needed to work on her or her foals Noel was always there to help.

You won’t have any of the same trouble with the wine; it’s made to be clean, simple and friendly to all occasions. When drinking Missy always share a thought for Noel’s best friend and confidant – Cardinham Miss.

Our Wines...

NV Missy

Colour: Sparkling, golden to pale yellow

Nose: Sweet aromas of melons, subtle hints of stone fruits with some nuttiness around the edges.

Palate: Medium length and good spritz, sweetness on the tongue and plenty of fruit. Good clean simple fizz.

Summary: This is fun wine, it’s not for the cellar and it’s not priced to go there either. Stock the fridge for Christmas or any other festive time of year and make sure you take a bottle to the races next time.
