2006 Semillon (Cellar Door Only)

Colour: Pale straw to yellow colour.

Nose: Quince and tropical fruits, changing layers of complexity.

Palate: The acid thread runs through; carrying the pineapple flavours and tropical qualities from the front of the palate to the back. The wine has a real crunch, with a supported back bone and lingering flavours

Ageing: Optimum drinking 2009-11.

Food: Smoked Salmon, cream cheese and crackers. On the deck at sunset.
