Our Wines... 2006 Stradbrooke Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Fermentation: Aged for 3 years in new and mature barrels, 40% French / 60% American. In the Clare Valley many winemakers believe that Cabernet Sauvignon is the King of the red wines produced in the region. With a complex and layered structure, grippy tannins and a full burst of ripe fruit flavour, we certainly agree.
